The Simpsons - Since 1991, the popular series "The Simpsons" has been on television. Many viewers love the funny stories of this family of five. But now, a major mistake in the hit series is making the rounds, which apparently no one has noticed in the past few years of broadcasting. On Twitter, the show's producer recently drew attention to the error that occurred in the 13th episode of Season 6. And it's not the only mistake that has crept into the popular series in recent years.

The Series has No Equal

The success of this cult series is really not comparable to any other production that scrolls on our TV screens. Fans from all over the world can follow the friendly family not only on television, but also on various social media channels. The fact that it is just now that the producer of the series discovers a gross error only makes the creators even more likeable. And it's not even the biggest undetected mistake.

In the episode in question, which aired in 1995, Marge discusses her pregnancy with Maggie, but one element was seriously overlooked.

Marge's Pregnancies

While Marge is actually pregnant with Maggie and talks about this pregnancy, a picture of Maggie is already hanging on the wall at that time in the scene in question of the 13th episode of season 6, while little Maggie was not born yet.

But that's not all: in the same episode, there is another blunder: when Homer learns that Marge is pregnant with Lisa, he is shocked and runs up the stairs, but in this scene, we also see a photo of Homer hanging on the wall with Lisa. And that's not all: the Simpsons were only seen shortly after Lisa's birth, in episode 10 of season 4, when they moved into the house. Before that, they lived in an apartment.

The following errors were also not noticed by the producers:

Bart's Mysterious Allergies

Bart seems to have allergies that come and go: For example, he's allergic to shrimp, but in some episodes he eats it anyway - and without consequences!

Homer & Ned - Friends for Life?

When Homer and Marge move into their little Simpsons house, they seem at first to be strangers to their neighbors Ned and Maude Flanders. This is extremely strange, because in fact, there is an episode that proves that the two couples have known each other since they were teenagers.

The Haunted House

The house of the cult yellow family also poses riddles to the fans: for example, the television sometimes moves from one room to another and the kitchen is also connected, depending on the episode, to different rooms.

Bart's Age

Homer and Marge met in high school and got married when Marge got pregnant. Bart is 10 in the show, Homer 36 - but in high school, Homer and Marge were certainly not in their 20s?

Milhouse and his First Kiss

In an episode of the cult series, Milhouse falls in love with a girl, which makes Bart terribly jealous. When Milhouse kisses her, he shouts "My first kiss! - He probably forgot that he had already done it in a previous episode.

Smithers, the Chameleon

If, at the beginning of the series, the character of Smithers is still dark-skinned, he changes color over the episodes and finally becomes yellow. Extremely mysterious!

Blinky, How is That Possible?

In the episode "Fland Canyon" of the 27th season of The Simpsons, a flashback is presented and a very attentive fan must have noticed that there must be something wrong: On Homer's t-shirt, we see Blinky, but how is that possible? After all, Maggie didn't exist yet, so Blinky couldn't have been discovered.

House, Change Place

In different scenes, we can only notice that the Simpson's house likes to change a little, the rooms change for example in the house, the kitchen is always connected to other rooms and some pieces of furniture seem to walk in the house and appear in other places.

Pay Attention to the Intro

The producers also didn't pay much attention to the intro, at least in the previous episodes: After Homer leaves his car and is chased through the garage toward the house, the attentive viewer first sees a standing rake again, but then it miraculously disappears and, instead, crates seem to appear out of nowhere.

Listen Carefully

Sometimes we wonder if the episode has been listened to a second time after dubbing. For example, Ralph is given a different voice, before he gets his usual voice back.
