Believe it or not, but Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker are only best friends on screen! They apparently couldn't stand each other in real life when SJP received a higher salary than Cattrall did. However, it seems that the tabloids exaggerated the extend to which the two didn't get along. In an interview with Howard Stern, SJP said: "Was every day perfect? No, but this is a family of people who needed each other. This sort of narrative, this ongoing catfight…it used to really confound me and really upset me." However, in 2017, Cattral complained that Sarah Jessica Parker "could've been nicer. I don't know what her issue is."
