In the first picture, Josie weighed 127 kilos. It took her 12 months to transform her life, change her habits and find a healthy lifestyle that fit into her life.

Josie's path to a healthier lifestyle is based on a sugarless low-carb diet and a lot of exercise. For some, this might sound easy. However, if you are used to a certain way of life, it can take a massive amount of willpower and discipline to introduce new habits. She told Daily Mail Australia that when she'd lost the weight and got her prom dress, she felt fantastic. "I just put it on and felt like a million bucks, it was like I was on the red carpet."
