When scrolling through Instagram, we often get the impression that there is such a thing as the perfect female body. The flood of photoshopped images makes us believe that we need to be exactly like the person in the picture - even though that idea is completely unrealistic. The body ideal we encounter on Instagram is almost unattainable.
